Start with the honest premise
No outreach product can guarantee that an account will never be restricted. Platforms change their systems and policies, and each account has its own history, audience, and behaviour pattern.
The useful goal is smaller: make every action intentional, keep a person accountable for the campaign, and avoid activity that looks unlike thoughtful professional outreach.
Build a slower operating rhythm
Run only the volume that your account, targeting, and message quality can support. A sequence should have working hours, sensible delays, a daily ceiling, and an immediate stop when someone replies.
- Start with narrow audiences and a single clear reason to reach out.
- Review connection notes and AI-assisted comments before sending them.
- Pause a sequence when message quality or reply quality slips.
- Keep campaign context with every reply so a human can take over quickly.
Make the message worth receiving
Pacing does not make an irrelevant message useful. Refer to something real, describe the problem you can help with in plain language, and give the recipient an easy way to decline.
That combination is better for the recipient and gives you a cleaner signal about whether your targeting and offer are working.
