MUNTIN VS WAALAXY

Muntin vs Waalaxy.
Including where they win.

Waalaxy is a Chrome extension, so like Muntin it acts from your own machine rather than a datacenter. The difference is the bill: Waalaxy is a monthly subscription per user and the features you want tend to sit one tier up.

What is the difference between Muntin and Waalaxy?

Muntin is LinkedIn outreach software that runs on your own computer and IP, sold once for $99. Waalaxy Pro is €19 per user per month and runs as a browser extension on your machine. Neither tool sends while your computer is off.

What each one costs over three years

One operator, one LinkedIn account, on month-to-month billing. Where a vendor advertises a longer commitment, the discounted three-year total is shown beneath it.

Prices read from each vendor's own pricing page on 27 August 2026. We re-check them quarterly. If you find one out of date, tell us and we will fix it.

Waalaxy publishes in euros. We do not convert, because the rate moves and a converted number would go stale faster than the price itself.

The optional Muntin AI plan is $9 a month if you want it. Bring your own AI key and it is free. Neither is required to run campaigns. See what your $99 covers and the full cost table for every tool.

Where each one runs

Muntin

On your computer. Muntin opens LinkedIn in a real browser window docked inside the app, signed in by you, on the connection you already browse from. You can open that panel mid-campaign and watch each action happen. Your leads and messages live in a SQLite file on your disk.

The trade: nothing sends while the app is closed. Missed actions are rescheduled rather than fired in a burst, and 40% of yesterday's unused allowance carries into today.

Waalaxy

In a Chrome extension on your own machine, which is closer to Muntin's model than any cloud tool. Waalaxy sells a cloud option on higher tiers, and the free and Pro tiers cap monthly invitation volume rather than daily.

Same trade as Muntin: it only acts while it is running on your machine.

We are not going to tell you Waalaxy gets accounts restricted. Nobody outside LinkedIn can measure that, and any vendor claiming otherwise about a rival is guessing. What we will do is publish the exact limits Muntin enforces and let you compare them.

Choose Waalaxy if

  • You want a browser extension with nothing to install, and you already live in Chrome.
  • You want email finder credits and cold email sequences bundled in, which Waalaxy has from the Advanced and Business tiers and Muntin does not have at all.
  • You want a free tier to test on before paying anything.
  • You prefer a low monthly entry price to a one-time payment.

Choose Muntin if

  • You want the exact daily caps published, with a six-week ramp, rather than a monthly invitation allowance tied to your price tier.
  • You do not want your outreach limits set by what you paid this month.
  • You want a full desktop app with its own database rather than an extension inside a browser you also use for everything else.
  • You want to stop paying. Waalaxy Pro is a recurring charge for as long as you use it.

Feature differences, both directions

Waalaxy has, Muntin does not

  • Email finder credits included
  • Cold email sequences on Business
  • A free tier
  • Browser extension, nothing to install

Muntin has, Waalaxy does not

  • A full desktop app with local SQLite storage
  • A watchable LinkedIn panel inside the app
  • Published cap table with a six-week ramp, independent of price tier
  • Signed and retried webhooks across about 60 events
  • One-time $99 licence

Muntin runs on Windows 10 and 11 and macOS 12 or newer, on Apple silicon and Intel. There is no Linux build. Integrations run through native CRM connectors, Zapier, Make and n8n, plus signed webhooks across 60 event types.

Common questions

What happens when the 14-day trial ends?

Nothing is deleted. The app locks until you buy the license, and everything you built during the trial is waiting when you unlock it. No card is needed to start the trial.

Is the $99 price going up?

Yes. $99 is the launch price until September 30, after which the lifetime license is $199. A license bought at $99 is not re-priced or re-billed, and exactly what it covers is written down and dated on the what your $99 covers page.

Will my LinkedIn account get restricted?

No tool can promise that it will not. Muntin keeps your IP and session local, then applies conservative caps, randomized pacing, warm-up, and working hours to reduce obvious automation signals.

What happens when I close my laptop?

Campaigns pause. Reopen Muntin and they resume from the exact step where they stopped. Nothing is lost and nothing double-sends.
