How can Muntin charge $99 once?
Because the expensive part runs on your computer, not our servers. There is no proxy fleet or per-account hosting bill to pass back to you every month.
What happens when the 14-day trial ends?
Nothing is deleted. The app locks until you buy the license, and everything you built during the trial is waiting when you unlock it. No card is needed to start the trial.
What does the optional $9/month AI plan cover?
Unlimited AI-generated comments, personalized variables, and reply drafting. You can instead connect your own OpenAI or Anthropic key, which stays on your machine, and pay Muntin nothing beyond the license.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. Email us within 30 days of buying the license and we will process it. Full terms are on the refund policy page.
YOUR ACCOUNT
Will my LinkedIn account get restricted?
No tool can promise that it will not. Muntin keeps your IP and session local, then applies conservative caps, randomized pacing, warm-up, and working hours to reduce obvious automation signals.
What does LinkedIn say about tools like this?
LinkedIn's User Agreement asks people not to use software that automates activity on the site, and that applies to Muntin and to every competitor. Running on your own machine changes your detection profile. It does not change the rules, and you decide whether to use it.
Do I need Sales Navigator?
No. It helps with targeting, but regular LinkedIn search, post engagers and CSV imports work too.
Can I run more than one LinkedIn account?
Each license covers one LinkedIn account. Agencies buy a license per account, and second accounts start paid rather than on a trial.
HOW IT RUNS
What happens when I close my laptop?
Campaigns pause. Reopen Muntin and they resume from the exact step where they stopped. Nothing is lost and nothing double-sends.
Do I have to leave it running all day?
No. It only acts inside the working hours you set, so an hour or two of the app being open each day is enough for a daily cap that small.
Which platforms does it run on?
Windows 10 and 11, and macOS 12 or newer on both Apple silicon and Intel. There is no Linux build today.
YOUR DATA
Where do my leads and messages live?
In a database file on your own disk. Your leads never leave your machine. Only your sign-in, your license status and anonymous usage counts reach our servers.
Does my LinkedIn session ever leave my machine?
No. Muntin signs in to LinkedIn in a real browser window on your computer, from your own IP, and the session stays there. The one documented exception to local-only is the $9 AI plan, where the single message being written passes through our AI proxy.
Can I export my leads and replies?
Yes. Campaign records and conversations export to CSV, and the underlying database is a file you own.
