Refund policy

Last updated August 7, 2026. This policy applies to the Muntin desktop license and should be confirmed against your payment processor and local consumer-law requirements before launch.

30-day desktop license refund

If Muntin is not a fit, contact us within 30 days of purchasing the desktop license and we will process a refund. Include the purchase email and order reference so we can find the transaction.

Optional AI subscription

Optional AI access can be cancelled before its next renewal. Unless required by law, fees for a billing period that has already started are not refundable.

How to request a refund

Email support@getmuntin.com with the subject line “Refund request.” We may ask for the order reference and the email used at checkout.
